ZESTY POTATO SALAD
Ingredients
6-8 potatoes
2 tsp. The Perfect Blend Seasoning
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
2-3 Tbsp. Awesome Everything Sauce
2 stalks celery, diced (about 3/4 cup)
2 large eggs, hard-boiled and diced
Mango Chili Lime Seasoning
Parsley (optional)
Instructions
Wash and scrub the potatoes; cut them into large, bite-sized chunks. Gently boil the potatoes in salted water on medium high heat until potatoes are tender all the way through. Drain and rinse under cool water and transfer to a large bowl. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, Awesome Everything Sauce and The Perfect Blend Seasoning; spoon over potatoes and fold to combine. Add the celery, eggs, or any other ingredients that are your favourites to add to a potato salad. Stir until thoroughly combined. Top up with a shake of Mango Chili Lime Seasoning. Garnish with a sprinkle of parsley. Refrigerate up to a day before serving.
